MY STORY

Experienced life and breathing coach

Fully certified, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout the Chicago area and facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. I am also a registered respiratory therapist and will help you manage stress or any breathing difficulties with deep breathing exercises. Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. This is because when you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax. The brain then sends this message to your body. Stressed increases heart rate and blood pressure as well as shortness of breathing  all decrease as you breathe deeply to relax.
